Meet Tlotlo Neo Phuduhudu
from Molepolole, an avid agripreneur and innovative business owner who is the Founder
and Managing Director of Native Feeds, an agribusiness company with an
innovative approach to livestock feed production. Native Feeds focuses on
utilizing diverse ingredients that have both nutritional value and properties
that can help combat internal parasites in small stock and cattle. She is also
a commercial small stock farmer aiming to produce quality organic goat meat.
Ms Phuduhudu through
her passion for agriculture development made her create the annual farmers
workshop with the objective of convening key stakeholders and farmers to develop
and encourage active participation through the value chain. She also offers
capacity building services for farmers in rural communities by imparting knowledge
on enhanced farming management practices.

instrumental in organising the Farmers Symposium, Kweneng Beef Farmers
Association field day. Furthermore, she co-organized Kweneng District
Association show which hosted the President of Botswana His Excellency DR
Mokgweetsi Eric Masisi. Ms Phuduhudu believes that agriculture is one sector
which can create sustainable employment, eradicate poverty and have a positive
impact in economic growth not only in Botswana but in Africa as a whole.
