Meet Kgalemang Vivian, a remarkable entrepreneur, speaker, and financial coach with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Nottingham. She is the founder of Bantu Consulting, a consultation firm aiming at eradicating poverty of SME youth and women owners through practical business financial management education that is tailored towards their needs. Ms Kgalemang has a passion for helping individuals achieve financial success and business growth. 

Through Bantu Consulting she has undertaken the "Tuck Shop Experiment - A Real Life Study of a Micro Enterprise bookkeeping and financial management". The project aims to provide insights and practical information to entrepreneurs in the micro and informal sectors, demonstrating the possibilities of support and funding available to them.

Ms Kgalemang was in the May 2023 event for entrepreneurs called  "Project Scale - The Business of Creativity” where she spoke about Finances for the Entrepreneur under the theme “Fall in Love with your Finances”.She shared her expertise and insights and provided  invaluable guidance on how entrepreneurs can effectively manage their finances to foster business growth.

Kgalemang held an interactive workshop called "Mining the Gold in your Finances". This workshop was specifically designed to raise awareness about the importance of bookkeeping for entrepreneurs. Participants will learn essential bookkeeping techniques, including how to generate and review Profit and Loss reports. By the end of the workshop, entrepreneurs will have a solid understanding of foundational bookkeeping practices that can positively impact their business success.

Meet Ndazha Richard Peloetona, an agripreneur, farmer, and Director of HOVPRO farming.
